Moriarty is a city located in the American state of New Mexico, in Torrance County.

Why own land in this area?

It is just 58 miles south of Santa Fe and 40 miles east of Albuquerque. There are new constructions in Moriarty and areas around.

A new subdivision was approved as well as the Lexo subdivision. There are plans for a new skateboarding and beer company among other companies opening in Moriarty.

Moriarty is a small town that is growing rapidly. It has its fast food restaurants, restaurants, shops and all the conveniences you need.

Subdivision is only 5 miles away from the city and has a few scattered houses in all units.

As prices in Rio Rancho are rising, people are moving to the East, a sign of this is the town of Edgewood, just 10 minutes from the property, is growing so much that a Walmart is being built, it is only a matter of time for Moriarty to expand as well.

The lot is approximately 2 miles south of I-40.
